SUPPORT – Fault Resolution Service Do you ever have unusual and complex support problems that are hard to translate and manage as Oracle iTars? PCL offers a Fault Resolution Service that you can use regularly or occasionally to help you investigate and solve complex problems as quickly as possible. The PCL Fault Resolution Service is part of the PCL Support Service and can be accessed via all our normal channels. The Fault Resolution Service provides you with a quick and direct route to experienced functional and technical consultants who can start working on your problems straight away. We are flexible and considerate to the urgency of dealing with severe and complex issues and can also come and visit you on site if necessary. The aim of this service is to provide our customers with an escalation path that is established and ready to act for the serious occasions when extra advice and guidance is needed immediately. The service is simple to set up, and can either be managed on a one off annual fee basis or on a reactive call by call basis. |
