SUPPORT – Multi Channel Remote Access Support Service
PCL have a well developed support service providing DBA and applications support services. The flexibility of the access or communication channels to the service allow our customers to make the support service available to as many or as few of their users as required.
The PCL Support Service can be accessed in the following ways;
The different channels allow each customer to choose whether they need to speak to support representative in person, or would prefer to raise a support log via email template or directly into the PCL Support System. |
